My Story
I wanted to act my whole life, but I have the hardest time memorizing lines!!!! It took until I was in high school, after placing 1st in multiple student hair competitions, for my cosmetology teacher to tell me I should go into hair full-time - well, sure; why didn't I think of that?!?!?
I take pride in listening carefully to my clients to understand their lifestyle and overall hair goals regarding haircuts, colour options, and extensions. As a straight-haired babe myself, I know the importance of feeling confident in the hair I'm in. Instead of working against my straight hair, you will often see me enjoying it au naturale (even when I have my extensions in).
I focus on soft, blended, tone-on-tone colours as I feel they are best paired with straight hair, but don't let that fool you, I can offer contrasting looks while still delivering a soft, blended finish. 😉
I'm also incredibly passionate about minimizing my footprint on the earth, so you'll hear me discussing the importance of recycling and preserving our beautiful planet. This is why I took the lead role in all our recycling and reusing programs at Industry Hair Co. ♻️ My last passion that I need you to know about is my cat Chess; I'm a crazy cat lady… and you will definitely see him on my IG stories, and I'll likely bring him up when we're talking at your session.
