We are a cashless, gender-less salon. There are no unexpected up-charges and no add on's; the price you see at booking is the price you pay unless pre-discussed with your stylist prior to starting your session, and obviously not inclusive of 13% HST. We are a technology-driven salon; money exchange happens via credit or debit. Most transactions happen directly in the chair after your session, making it a quick, easy cash-out process. We will note that we accept cash; however, you must provide exact change as we do not keep money on site.
Industry Hair Co. is by appointment only. We have no set hours; however, if you'd like to stop in to shop or say hello, we are likely there Tuesdays to Fridays from 9:30 am until 5:00 pm, and Wednesdays and Thursdays are typically there until 8:00 pm.
Not every stylist offers all services; we encourage our team only to provide the services that set their souls on fire and release the ones that don't. To book an appointment at Industry Hair Co., you will click one of the booking links, and it will bring you to our very own booking site. You will create an account, find the service you want to book, upload your inspiration photo, agree to our booking terms, enter your credit card info and hit book now. Please read the descriptions on our booking page before booking your session to ensure you are scheduled for the right service.
Please arrive on time for your appointment and enter the salon no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled session. We ask that you come alone to your session and bring a pair of slippers as we are an outdoor shoe-free salon space when it is wet or snowy outside. Should you arrive without a pair, we have slides for you to borrow. We ask that you arrive with an open mind.
