If we haven't met yet, you pronounce my name Asia, but I'll answer to anything. I hated my name as a child and told my parents that as soon as I turned 18, I would change it; then, I turned 18 and loved it. Recently, I've been reminding them how much I love it and how lucky I am to have such a unique name.

I'm married (to a chef, and he spoils the team with treats from time to time), and I have two incredibly handsome boys who both have the most beautiful head of curls. 

​

I've always considered "Why did you get into hair?" a serious question; I hate when people say, "Oh because we get to make clients look and feel beautiful." Yes, we do get to do that, but I got into hair for more reasons, not just that. I got into hair because I wanted to be creative every day; I didn't want to do the same thing day in and day out. I stayed doing hair because I'm pretty dang good at it, and I enjoy the one-on-one experience I get to give and get from my clients. We're the first to know when something big and beautiful happens in their lives, and we are trusted with their deepest, darkest secrets. I still do hair because it's my passion, and I want to show my boys that big things can happen when they are passionate about something. I want to show them that being a female entrepreneur and leading a kick-ass team is a dream come true, and I want them to have big dreams, too.

I recently began educating and teaching other stylists the art of hair extensions. After a dedicated ten years of putting my time and energy into learning and growing that part of my craft and building a clientele of over 40 extension clients (and counting), I wanted to share my passion and knowledge with them - giving them the tools to think outside of the box and approach each install with complete customization and confidence.

I'm blessed to love what I do, and I don't take it for granted that clients and stylists invest in me financially and with their valuable time.
